The Challenge

The client needed a new website for their travel booking platform. The existing site was cluttered and had a high bounce rate. The challenge was to redesign the entire user experience to be seamless, intuitive, and trustworthy, encouraging users to discover destinations and complete bookings.

The Solution

I led the UI/UX design process from start to finish. This involved conducting user research to identify pain points, creating wireframes for key pages, and developing a high-fidelity prototype in Figma. The final design focuses on a clean, image-rich layout, a simplified booking flow, and clear calls to action. We highlighted flight deals and testimonials to build user trust and drive engagement.

The Outcome

The new design was met with positive feedback from the client and user testing groups. It provides a clear, enjoyable, and efficient path for users, from discovery to booking, positioning the platform as a modern and reliable choice for travelers.
